South Indian International Movie Awards, also known as the SIIMA Awards, rewards the artistic and technical achievements of the South Indian film industry(Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam and Kannada).

The SIIMA Awards 2016 is going in Singapore, from June 30 to July 1.

The first day was dedicated to Telugu and Kannada films and the second day to Tamil and Malayalam movies.

Mahesh Babu’s “Srimanthudu” and S.S. Raja Mouli’s blockbuster “Baahubali” won big honours in Tollywood, “RangiTaranga” won many awards for Sandalwood in day 1.

Best Movie: SS Rajamouli’s “Baahubali” (Telugu) and Giriraj’s “Mythri” (Kannada)

Best Actor: Mahesh Babu for ‘Srimanthudu’ (Telugu) and Puneeth Rajkumar for “Ranavikrama” (Kannada)

Best Actress: Shruti Haasan for “Srimanthudu” (Telugu) and Rachita Ram for “Ranna” (Kannada)

Best Actor Critics Award: Allu Arjun for “Rudhrama Devi” (Telugu) and Sathish Ninasam for “Rocket” (Kannada)

Best Actress Critics Award: – Anushka Shetty for “Rudhrama Devi” (Telugu) and Shanvi Srivastava for “Masterpiece” (Kannada)

Best Debutant Male: Akhil Akkineni for “Akhil” (Telugu) and Vinay Rajkumar for “Siddhartha” (Kannada)

Best Debutant Female: Pragya Jaiswal for “Kanche” (Telugu) and Manvitha Harish for “Kendasampige” (Kannada)

Best Debutant Producer: Vijay Reddy and Sashidev Reddy for “Bhale Manchi Roju” (Telugu)
